Orders and Returns

Shipping Info:

Merchandise is usually shipped out of our warehouse within 24-48 hours of your order (excluding holidays and weekends). Shipment will be delayed if an item is on backorder or the order was placed over a weekend or holiday.

We ship nationwide across the contiguous (lower 48) states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other USA territories.

Online Orders and Returns:

We want you to be happy with your purchase but request that you return items purchased from Koval Inc. within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. Unless defective, a 20% restocking fee will be a charge for all returned or canceled orders, and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipment. Please include the original receipt or printout of the email confirmation. Items must be in an unused condition and packaging intact. We are not able to refund your shipping charges or your return shipping charges. Once again, shipping charges on any return or exchange will not be refunded.

If you are exchanging an item, we will not be able to refund or waive shipping charges for any part of the purchase or exchange transaction. Again, shipping on returned items is not refundable, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by Koval Inc. (e.g., wrong item/color). You, the customer, will be responsible for all shipping fees on exchange orders.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please let us know immediately so we can arrive at a solution that best suits you! Typically, we offer a full refund or an exact replacement if the product is still available. 

All damaged or defective products must be returned unless otherwise stated, so that we may effectively assist you.

Cancellations:

Due to our quick processing time, cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of the order being placed. If the order cannot be canceled, we can guide you in initiating a return request.

Will Call Orders and Return Policy - Warehouse Pickups:

You only have 14 days to exchange your product from the date of purchase. We will gladly exchange any unopened item with the original receipt, and only store credit is provided. There will be no money back.
