The Adjustable Bedside Rail slips between your bed frame and mattress, so you'll have something sturdy to hold onto while changing positions in bed or for getting in or out. The steel body and design supports up to 300 lbs (136 kg). The Bed Side Rail even comes with a built-in pocket to store essentials in an easy-to-reach place.
